We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including grain origin, batch number, fermentation period, and taste profile. However, as live-culture fermented beverages, natural variation between bottles and batches is inherent and expected. Slight differences in carbonation, color, and flavor are not defects.
Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Order confirmation is sent by email; this does not constitute final acceptance until dispatch confirmation is issued.
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required by Czech law. Prices do not include shipping unless explicitly stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but not for confirmed orders already dispatched.
We ship to selected European countries only. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. As our products contain live cultures and are perishable, we do not accept returns of opened products unless they are demonstrably faulty. Damaged or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please contact [email protected] with photographs and your order number.
